Giftpoint’s two original and existing founders have worked in the promotions and branded gifts sector for more than 34 years and met long before social media’s big explosion.

Their paths crossed while working on separate continents at two competing companies and the rest, as they say, is history. With no LinkedIn or Facebook to speak of they set about realising their dreams of creating ‘the best branded merchandise and promotional products company on the planet’ on different time zones and largely on snail mail and super-sized mobile phones.

Still very much at the helm of the operation, and now in the same office, Helen and Ross steer an energetic and passionate team of more than 90 across 3 offices to deliver excellence in marketing merchandise, luxury gift incentives and promotional products!

Our business has expanded to offer fully-managed corporate programmes and web stores of distinction with an on-site pick-and-pack warehouse and dedicated distribution and logistics team.

What sets Giftpoint apart from the others is our agency-like structure and the ability to manage practically every element of a project brief via our many internal teams. A skilled in-house art and design studio is fully equipped to deliver mood board inspiration and pre-production artwork mock-ups. We also have a small in-house print facility for personalisation, short run print jobs and logo printing.

Our experienced and forward-thinking account managers and directors are here to make every project as smooth and seamless as possible right through from initial brief, pre-production sample and shipping to final delivery. Oh, and our only mode is brilliance!
